We provide calibration and repair services comply with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and AS9100 processes. When customers wanted reliable services, we are there to provide technical advises & services in calibration, instruments testing and repair and rental of pressure & temperature instruments.
Our mechanical calibration services cover a number of metrology disciplines including; Length, Force, Mass, Torque, Vibration, Pressure and Viscosity. The laboratory is housed within a temperature controlled environment to maintain thermal stability of both the reference standards and instruments under test.
FLOW METER CALIBRATION
Flow meter calibration involves comparing the measurements of a flow meter in operation to that of a standard flow measurement device under the same conditions and adjusting the scale of the flow meter to be in close agreement with the standard.
ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC CALIBRATION
Electrical & Electronic calibration refers to the process of verifying the performance of, or adjusting, any instrument those measures or tests electrical parameters.
Dimensional calibration is performed by comparing the performance output of a hand tool, gage or another measuring instrument with a measurement standard to confirm that the item produces results which meet or exceed that standard's criteria.
Temperature calibration is performed using a temperature standard or a low-conductivity solution, such as <10mS/cm water at 0°C. The probe is immersed in the temperature standard or chilled solution and then the calibration is performed.
